FDA records link 28 deaths in 2008 to the Gardasil vaccine

Records obtained by Judicial Watch under the Freedom of Information Act show 47 deaths and thousands of serious adverse events associated with Gardasil.

Last year, clinic staff and family members told the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that the Gardasil vaccine was responsible for 28 deaths of girls and young women.

The deaths included several girls ages 11 and 12 who had no existing medical conditions prior to receiving the vaccine. In some cases, the girls died within three days of receiving one shot of the vaccine. Others died following their third Gardasil injection. Several died in their sleep.

Gardasil is a vaccine marketed by the pharmaceutical company Merck (Click here for some history of MERCK)and recommended by U.S. public health authorities for the prevention of human papillomavirus (HPV) in girls and young women. HPV is the leading cause of cervical cancer in women.

Gardasil has been implicated in 47 deaths since gaining FDA approval in 2006, according to data voluntarily submitted to the FDA by physicians, hospital staff and family members.

FDA records also show 6,723 "adverse events" were reported following Gardasil vaccinations in 2008, ranging from genital and facial warts and permanent disability to cervical cancer and Guillain-Barre Syndrome.

Of the total 47 reported deaths, 41 occurred within a month of receiving the vaccine.

The FDA’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) records, a voluntary reporting system, were obtained under the Freedom of Information Act by Judicial Watch, a government watchdog group.

The following are several "adverse events" documented in the FDA records:

"15 months from the completion of the GARDASIL HPV vaccination, I had full blown cervical cancer. My oncologist would like to do a hysterectomy at this time, but [as I have] always wanted children, I have chosen to wait . . . I have two of the [strains] that the shot is suppose to prevent . . . I now have cervical cancer and I am left wondering what role the GARDASIL HPV vaccination played in the hasty onset." (ID: 319836)
"After receiving her second dose of GARDASIL … she could crawl but … needed to use crutches or a wheel chair ... She was experienced problems breathing and had ‘super migraines' that never went away … She had swelling in her face, jaw and wrists. The patient was diagnosed with GUILLAIN-BARRE syndrome, myelin sheath degeneration and peripheral neuropathy. Patient was hospitalized twice … patient has not recovered from symptoms." (ID: 318052)
A 19-year-old girl with no medical history immediately experienced side effects after receiving the Gardasil vaccine. Within eleven days her symptoms included "Aggression, Arthralgia, Complex partial seizures, Confusional state, Convulsion, Crying, Dizziness, Epilepsy, Fatigue, Feeling abnormal, Grand mal convulsion, Immediate post-injection reaction, Irritability, Myalgia, Nausea, Pain, Postictal state, Somnolence, Syncope, Tremor, and Unresponsive to stimuli." "Two weeks after the third dose, the patient developed a complication. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance but passed away during the transport from an unknown cause…Upon arrival in ER unresponsive, pupils fixed and dilated, no cardiac activity. Resuscitation unsuccessful and patient expired." (ID: 314769)
"The FDA is supposed to be a guardian of public health, and yet the agency continues to turn a blind eye to what seems to be an extremely serious public health problem. The public relations push for Gardasil by Merck, politicians and public health officials needs to pause so that these adverse reactions can be further studied," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. "The already serious problems associated with Gardasil seem to be getting worse. No one should require this vaccine for young children."

CDC and FDA downplay risks of Gardasil

Responding to concerns about Gardasil safety, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) notes on its website that “the HPV vaccine was studied in 5 clinical trials before it was licensed. There were over 21,000 girls and women ages 9 through 26 in these clinical trials.” CDC states that more than 24 million doses of Gardasil were distributed in the United States as of May 1, 2009, with 13,758 VAERS reports of adverse events.

CDC also notes that it and the FDA have been “closely monitoring” the safety of Gardasil through three systems.

The main system of tracking Gardasil outcomes is VAERS, a “passive” system of data collection managed by the CDC and FDA. Anyone can submit reports of an “adverse event” or side effect online or by downloading a form. The website states that someone working with the VAERS system may contact the person or their health care provider for additional follow-up information.

While most reports on Gardasil appear to have been submitted by registered nurses or other clinical staff, one parent of a 20-year-old woman who died Nov. 15, 2008 submitted this report on Jan. 15, 2009:

“My daughter had her 3rd GARDASIL vaccine in Sept. She was a very healthy young lady, she went to take a shower and died. Autopsy report states undetermined death. There was no sign of the body to indicate a fall. She had pointed the shower head away from her and she got down on her knees and put her hand on the edge of the tub and passed away. This has been a living nightmare for her family. She is not the only one to have had problems and death from this vaccine. Please I beg you to take it off until it can be further tested. –not tested long enough to begin with.- There will be others that will die if the cause is not found.”

The CDC and FDA continue to recommend Gardasil injections.The CDC recommends the HPV vaccine be given systematically to all girls 11 and 12 years old, or before engaging in sexual activity, and to girls and women 13 through 26 years of age who did not receive it when they were younger. The vaccine is given in a series of three injections over a six-month period.

“Based on all of the information we have today, CDC continues to recommend Gardasil vaccination for the prevention of 4 types of HPV,” states the CDC website. “As with all approved vaccines, CDC and FDA will continue to closely monitor the safety of Gardasil. Any problems detected with this vaccine will be reported to health officials, healthcare providers, and the public, and needed action will be taken to ensure the public's health and safety.”

Merck has actively promoted Gardasil through TV ads aimed at the public and through Congressional lobbying. Several state legislatures have attempted to enact mandatory Gardasil vaccinations for adolescent girls. As of March of 2009, 12 states have proposed HPV-related legislation or resolutions, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures.

Merck is also seeking the FDA’s approval of Gardasil for the inoculation of boys and older women. Gardasil sales reached $1.5 billion in 2007.

Here's what Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said in Sunday's New York Times Magazine: "Frankly I had thought that at the time [Roe vs. Wade] was decided," Ginsburg told her interviewer, Emily Bazelon, "there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don't want to have too many of."

The comment, which bizarrely elicited no follow-up from Bazelon or any further coverage from the New York Times -- or any other major news outlet -- was in the context of Medicaid funding for abortion. Ginsburg was surprised when the Supreme Court in 1980 barred taxpayer support for abortions for poor women. After all, if poverty partly described the population you had "too many" of, you would want to subsidize it in order to expedite the reduction of unwanted populations.

12,000 U.S. Children To Be Swine Flu Vaccine Guinea Pigs

Around 12,000 U.S. children will be used as guinea pigs for an experimental swine flu vaccine known to contain the dangerous ingredient squalene, which has been directly linked with cases of Gulf War Syndrome and a host of other debilitating diseases.
According to a report in the Oklahoman, 12,000 children nationwide will partake in “fast-tracked studies” to test the side-effects of the untested swine flu vaccine in trials set to begin next month.
“The trials will test the vaccine’s effectiveness and whether or not it has negative side effects in patients,” states the report.
Since less than 100 children in the U.S. die from regular seasonal flu each year, a reasonable estimate would be that around 100 children will die from swine flu over the course of the next year.
So in effect, the authorities will vaccinate millions of children in order to try and prevent 100 deaths. Census GPS-tagging your home's front door

According to an online Yahoo program, the Global Position System coordinates for the White House, probably one of the best-known publicly owned buildings in the world, are 38.898590 Latitude and -77.035971 Longitude. And since you know that, it's no big deal for the White House to know the coordinates for your front door, is it?

Some people think it is, and are upset over an army of some 140,000 workers hired in part with a $700 million taxpayer-funded contract to collect GPS readings for every front door in the nation.

The data collection, presented as preparation for the 2010 Census, is pinpointing with computer accuracy the locations and has raised considerable concern from privacy advocates who have questioned why the information is needed. The privacy advocates also are more than a little worried over what could be done with that information.

Enhancing the concerns is the Obama administration's recent decision to put White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel in an oversight role over the census, which will be used to determine a reapportionment of congressional seats and could be used to solidify a single political party's control over the nation, its budget, military and future.

A bill introduced on Jan. 22 of this year “to direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish national emergency centers on military installations,” as the text of HR 645 actually states as its central purpose, could conceivably be geared toward creating what many Americans have feared in recent years—detention centers, or concentration camps, on American soil.
These fears are more acute these days due to the imploding economy, swine flu scares and other fear factors—real, imagined or concocted—that could lead to food runs, bank runs, and other signs of civil unrest that may spark a government crackdown.

Thus, AMERICAN FREE PRESS, in dealing with an issue that includes speculation and unverified sightings of these detention facilities, takes a cautious approach to monitor this issue. AFP obtained a copy of HR 645 and determined that the bill had just two cosponsors as of July 13. On Feb. 6 it was referred to the House Subcommittee on Terrorism, Unconventional Threats and Capabilities. It apparently has not moved.
So, the bill’s status regarding potential passage appears to be nearly “dead in the water,” but there is much more to this subject than HR 645, whose sponsor is U.S. Rep. Alcee Hastings, a Florida Democrat whose career has been mired in controversy and wrongdoing. Regardless of its status, the bill’s text reads like it’s mainly about emergency recovery for first responders, various other local, state and federal personnel and the general public—although the Defense and Homeland Security secretaries, not just emergency management agencies, are directly involved in decisionmaking. The bill calls for “not fewer than six national emergency centers on military installations,” which would be located in designated Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) regions. The bill specifies “a preference for designation of closed military installations.”

There are many of these since a special panel, the Base Realignment and Closure Commission, began to close bases when the “ColdWar” with the USSR ended.
The bill also states it would provide for creating facilities “capable of hosting the infrastructure necessary to rapidly adjust to temporary housing, medical and humanitarian assistance needs. . . .”
But whenever closed military installations are not available, the bill’s wording says that the secretaries of Defense and Homeland Security “shall jointly designate portions of existing military installations . . . as national emergency centers.”
Notably, the use of former military bases, or parts of operational ones, is what many observers say is apparent when they venture out to view U.S. detention facilities that reportedly have already been built, HR 645 notwithstanding. Martial law could be right around the corner, some fear, pointing to 15 executive orders that—if ever implemented—would give the federal government control over all communications, food, transportation and almost everything else imaginable. Thus, the big picture regarding this issue is disturbing, but also is unclear. A lengthy list of about 800 alleged detention centers/concentration camps has circulated on the Internet for several years. AFP west coast correspondent Anthony Hilder, an author and filmmaker, said in March 2009 (see AFP news video posted at American-FreePress.net) that a Russian-made film, Concentration Camps in America, claims to have solid proof that such camps are a reality and are sitting empty, awaiting some sort of major civil breakdown—be it another terrorist attack or mass influx of illegal aliens—that would justify a limited or full-scale use of such facilities, many of which are said to have guard towers, barbwire, various barracks and other menacing surroundings.
Hilder himself said that, of the places on the list, perhaps 40 percent are actual camps, in his estimation.
In the Midwest, for example, the list of camps includes everything from a former hospital across from the Crown Point, Indiana county jail—the hospital is reportedly 80 percent vacant and is thought to be a Federal EmergencyManagementAgency holding facility—to the highly scrutinized former Amtrak repair facility in Marion County, Indiana near Indianapolis, where the rail lines, the high razor-wire fencing, the huge vacant buildings, color-coded zones allegedly designed for processing incoming people, helicopter landing pads and other physical features suggest to observers that this is among the largest detention centers in the continental United States.
Another large facility is claimed to be in Alaska at, or near, Elmendorf Air Force Base, near Anchorage, with a capacity of 500,000. The biggest of them all is said to be just outside of Fairbanks, which is described as having a capacity for 2 million people, with mental health facilities.
AFP will continue probing this subject while checking out facilities across the nation.
Interestingly, HR 645’s sponsor, Rep. Hastings, is a former federal judge who is one of only six judges ever to be impeached by the U.S. Congress—which is no small distinction in a nation where federal impeachment efforts rarely get past first base. Previously a practicing attorney, Hastings spent 10 years as a federal judge until 1989 but was impeached, convicted and removed from office for corruption and perjury. “He was the sixth federal judge to be impeached and removed from office in American history,” hisWikipedia online profile states. The 23rd District Democrat, first elected to the U.S. House in 1992 and never seriously challenged for his seat since then, was impeached for some early shenanigans that caught up with him. Back in 1981, he was charged with accepting a $150,000 bribe in exchange for a lenient sentence and the return of seized assets for 21 racketeering counts against Frank and Thomas Romano. Hastings also was charged with perjury in his testimony about the case. So in 1988, the Democraticcontrolled House took up the case, and Hastings was impeached for bribery and perjury by a resounding vote of 413-3. He was then convicted by the Senate in 1989.
Prior to his impeachment, he was acquitted by the jury in the Romano case after his alleged co-conspirator, William Borders, refused to testify in court (resulting in a jail sentence for Borders).
EXECUTIVE ORDERS EXPAND POWERS OF FEMA
EXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and restrict the freedom of movement within the United States of civilians and grant the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and entry ports.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all transportation.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all fuel depots and power plants.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into federal work brigades.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the postmaster general to run a national registration.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including ones in the commercial service.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, waterways and public storage.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions or crises.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

The history of the Federal Reserve is an ongoing battle between the Banking elite and the people and anyone who gets in the way is usually crushed. Bush and Obama's top down Wall Street bank bailout, at the expense of Main Street, is a good example of why Rothschild's Federal Reserve must be audited and eventually abolished: Allen L Roland

The Fed (which is not even a government agency, but rather a private corporation consisting of mostly foreign bankers and answers to no one) dictates America's financial policies and is the obvious conduit for the banking elite to control the financial world and, in particular, the New World Order.

And now Obama wants to give even more power to the Fed as Eliot Spitzer writes today in Slate ~ " The Fed botched banking regulation once already. So why does Obama want to give it more power? " Spitzer goes on to elaborate on the main problem with the Fed ~ " The United States should not lightly put our fate back in the hands of the very entity whose oversight of the economy and financial sector brought us into the abyss. The Fed's lack of accountability and transparency is no longer justified by its record or sound principles or public policy. Granting the power without asking the tough questions would be following the path of least resistance ~ Has any thought been given to refocusing on a financial services model that has more smaller institutions and fewer mega banks, thus diversifying risk? 1837-1862: Free Banking Era - no formal Central Bank through the efforts of President Andrew Jackson, who , according to Jackson, the Rothschild's later tried to assassinate.

1862-1913: System of National Banks through the efforts of President Andrew Jackson.

In 1862 Abraham Lincoln issued his own fiat money to finance the Civil War and bucked the New York Banks who wanted to charge the government 24- 30% interest on any loans. Lincoln was assassinated on April 14, 1865.

President James Garfield tried to buck the banks and was assassinated on July 2, 1881.

1913-Current: President Wilson Federal Reserve Act creates a consortium of privately held Jewish & associated banks called the Federal Reserve Bank. The largest shareholders of the Federal Reserve Bank are the Rothschild's of London holding 57% of the stock which is not available for public trading.

On May 23 1933, Congressman Louis T. McFadden brought impeachment charges against the members of the Federal Reserve Bank. A smear campaign against McFadden ensued and he was poisoned 3 years later.

On June 4th 1963, John F Kennedy signed Executive Order 1110 which returned to the U.S. Government the power to issue currency without going through the Federal reserve. With the stroke of his pen, President Kennedy was on his way to putting the Federal Reserve Bank of New York out of business ~ for that order gave the U.S. the ability to create its own money backed by silver. Five months later on November 22, 1963 Kennedy was assassinated.
